PanelFlow is a personal dashboard application that allows users to organize and customize widgets including to-do lists, timers, weather information, and other productivity tools. The Service is provided free of charge and runs entirely in your web browser.

3. Use of Service

You may use PanelFlow for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3.2 Prohibited Use

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

  • Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components

4. Local Storage

PanelFlow stores all user data locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.

5. Third-Party Services

PanelFlow may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Weather APIs for weather information
  • Quote APIs for inspirational quotes
  • Search engines for web search functionality

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coropos Web Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

IN NO EVENT SHALL COROPOS WEB SERVICES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service by any third party

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coropos Web Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.
