Coropos Web Services ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use PanelFlow ("the Service").
2. Information We Collect

PanelFlow operates entirely in your web browser and stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on our servers. Information you may enter includes:
- To-do list items and notes
- Habit tracker data
- Quick links and bookmarks
- Weather location preferences
- Weather API keys (if provided)
- Theme and customization preferences
- Panel layouts and configurations
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or any form of automatic data collection. Your browser may collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, etc.) when loading the page, but this information is never transmitted to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
All data entered into PanelFlow is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and is used solely to:
- Display your personalized dashboard
- Save your preferences and settings
- Maintain your panel layouts and configurations
- Preserve your data between sessions
Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the Export feature to download a backup.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
All your data is stored locally in your browser using the localStorage API. This means:
- Your data remains on your device
- Your data is tied to your specific browser
- Clearing your browser data will delete your PanelFlow data
- Your data is not accessible from other devices or browsers
4.2 Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on:
- Your device's security measures
- Your browser's security settings
- Your physical access controls
We recommend keeping your device and browser updated with the latest security patches.
4.3 Backups
We do not maintain backups of your data. You are responsible for creating backups using the Export feature if desired.
5. Third-Party Services
PanelFlow may connect to third-party services to provide certain features:
5.1 Weather API
If you use the weather widget and provide a location, requests may be sent to OpenWeatherMap or similar services. Please review their privacy policy at https://openweathermap.org/privacy-policy
5.2 Quote API
The quote widget fetches random quotes from quotable.io or uses a local fallback. No personal information is transmitted with these requests.
5.3 Search Functionality
The search widget redirects to your chosen search engine (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc.). Your search queries are subject to that search engine's privacy policy.
Important: We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
6. Cookies and Tracking
PanelFlow does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technologies. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any other metrics.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties because we do not collect or have access to your information. All data remains on your local device.
8. Children's Privacy
PanelFlow does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally, parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Service.
9. Your Rights and Choices
9.1 Data Access and Control
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: Your data is always accessible through the dashboard interface
- Export: Use the Export feature to download all your data
- Delete: Use the Reset Dashboard feature or clear your browser's localStorage
- Modify: Edit any information directly in the dashboard
9.2 Browser Controls
You can manage localStorage through your browser settings. Clearing site data will delete all PanelFlow information from that browser.
10. International Users
Since PanelFlow operates entirely in your browser with no server-side data storage, there are no international data transfer concerns. Your data never leaves your device.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

- We do not sell personal information
- We do not collect personal information
